Discreet billing and shipping

Ordering an HIV test is private. Every part of our ordering and delivery process is built with that in mind.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of HIV, no medical labels, no sexual health branding, and no product description visible from the outside. The package looks like any other online order.

Billing descriptor

Charges on your bank or card statement appear under a neutral descriptor — typically "ONESELF-ONLINE". Statements do not mention HIV, STD testing, or the INSTI brand. This protects your privacy on shared statements and household financial records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Card details are encrypted and handled to PCI security standards. We do not store full card information on our servers.

Order handling

Orders are processed by a small, trained fulfilment team. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. Unsubscribing from any communication is one click.

No account required

You can complete an order as a guest. There is no permanent account, no saved order history, and no profile that can be linked to you. If you'd like an account for tracking convenience, that's optional — never required.
